We do not store passwords. Authentication flows rely on OAuth providers or API keys.
How We Use Data
- Deliver the screening service and daily/weekly emails.
- Communicate about trials, confirmations, and system notices.
- Improve reliability by monitoring run duration and delivery errors.
- Secure admin endpoints via allow-listed emails and API keys.
- Comply with anti-spam requirements including unsubscribe logging.
Third Parties
- Email delivery (configured SMTP or SES) — receives recipient addresses and email bodies.
- Hosting providers (Render, Railway) — run the FastAPI app, scheduler, and database.
- Error tracking (optional Sentry) — captures anonymised error payloads when enabled.
We never sell user data or share it with advertisers.
Retention
- Account data: retained until you delete your account or request removal.
- Runs & snapshots: stored up to 90 days by default (configurable).
- Suppression list: retained to honor unsubscribe requests.
- Logs: rotated automatically according to hosting provider policies.
Your Choices
- Update strategy, universes, and recipients from the in-app settings.
- Unsubscribe via the List-Unsubscribe links in every email.
- Delete your account at any time — see the data deletion instructions.
- Request a data export or manual assistance via support@market-tracker.com.
- Revoke OAuth permissions from your Google or Facebook security dashboards.
Security
We rely on OAuth login flows, HTTPS-only endpoints, API keys for admin routes, and least-privilege database access. Dependencies are patched regularly and suspicious activity is monitored.
Policy Updates
We may revise this policy as the service evolves. Significant changes are communicated via email or in-app notices, and continued use after a change implies acceptance.
